Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
700 grams Chicken fillet or breasts cut into cubes
2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 teaspoon Garlic minced
4 cup Chicken Broth preferable low sodium
450 grams Pasta
1 1/2 cup Heavy whipping cream warmed
1 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated and serving
1/4 cup Parsley chopped and for garnihin
Salt to taste
Black Pepper to taste
Pepper to taste

This is one of the healthy food i can propose. Namely ‘Chicken Alfredo Pasta’. Still it’s up to you on what you gonna call it! 🙂

Simple to prepare, good for a meal and you can bring it to anywhere. Ingredients wise, you can re-custom it and change it totally to a seafood based, meatless based or both. I would suggest – try with chicken first, then seafood and the ultimatum is mixed both of it. Surely, it’s a nice meal and a happening one.

Cut the chicken fillets or chicken breasts into cubes - i.e 1 inch by 1 inch. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt the butter in a very large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken, in batches and saute until nice brown color on the outside and raw on the inside - like 4 minutes. Remove and set aside fr next step.

Pan is still good for the next step. Brown bits which left after saute will be the base flavor for the dish. Add garlic to the pan and saute with medium heat until the smell of garlic arises.

Turn to high heat, add chicken broth and scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen up all of those caramelized bit.

Simmer for 5 minutes, add the pasta till soften about 8 minutes.

Stir in warm cream and brown chicken cubes, stirring occasionally until pasta is tender and chicken is cooked, about in 4 minutes.

Stir in Parmesan and adjust the seasoning. Extra Parmesan is for garnishing and add-on if you need extra flavoring. Transfer to serving bowl and lets munch!
