2 tablespoon Minced garlic
1/4 tsp Dried thyme leaves or some fresh thyme
1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
to taste Salt

Known as steakhouse mushrooms which kinda expansive or considered as a signature dish at some restaurant, actually you can make these at home for a fraction of the cost! For this recipe, you’ll need mushrooms, butter, garlic, thyme, parsley, salt and pepper.  The best is still with with the standard white button mushrooms here, but cremini mushrooms, Chinese shitake mushrooms are also great. Else go a little fancier and use a wild mushroom blend.

Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.

Add the mushrooms and thyme, then season generously with salt and pepper.

Cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms are golden brown and tender, about 7 minutes.

Stir in garlic, cook for an additional 30 seconds.

Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
