Adjust Servings:
8 Large eggs
pinch Salt to taste
1 tbsp Unsalted Butter
4 Tortillas or wraps 8 inch
1/4 cup Shredded Cheese any cheese - cheddar is better
Pepper to taste
Black pepper to taste
8 leaves Salads
1 Onions shredded, option
1/4 cup Diced avocadoes optional fillings
Honey to taste, optional
Bacon or sausages optional

One of many recipe that is easy to make and eat anywhere. You may want to wrap with foils after microwaving it and enjoy on the go. Optional, the wraps can be costumed, and made minor modification for the fillings.

Optional additions, you can add in diced avocados, diced tomatoes, salsa, olives, bacon, sausages, kidney beans, raw onions, spinach, seafood and more. For weekenders – you can involve your kids by asking them to help out on the fillings, such like making some scramble eggs or add in the fillings. 🙂

Beat the eggs, add in salt and pepper in a bowl. Melt the butter in a pan, and make scramble eggs.

Place the tortillas or wraps on a plate with damp paper towel or a damp muslin cloth. Cover the wraps and microwave it for 20 seconds

Place the scramble eggs on the tortilla and sprinkle shredded cheese. You may add in optional toppings :) Wrap it - and start to munch it! Some ideas as per pic. :)
