  1. Paprika Smoked & Chili Flakes – carries high levels of Vitamin C and A as well as potassium and magnesium.
  2. Black Pepper – stimulates the digestive juices, increases the appetite and aids digestion.
  3. Cinnamon – one (1) teaspoon is equally to half (1/2) cup of blueberries.
  4. Cumin – helps to enhance immunity, increases your metabolism and improves the absorption of nutrients throughout your body.
  5. Garlic Powder – has the ability to promote heart and cardiovascular health. It has strong anti-inflammatory properties and creates a healthy lipid profile. Garlic decreases serum glucose and blood pressure while increasing antioxidants.
  6. Ginger – half (1/2) teaspoon of it is same amount of half (1/2) cup of chopped tomatoes.
  7. Hot chili – consuming it helps to speed up metabolism. Capsaicin enhances blood circulation which also effects on reduction of body fat accumulation.
  8. Oregano – Half (1/2) teaspoon of Oregano is equivalent of 3 cups of fresh spinach.
  9. Paprika – a milder alternative to chili and can be used in a variety of ways like a chili. Contains capsaicin like chili to increase metabolism.
  10. Rosemary – half (1/2) teaspoon of it is equivalent of half (1/2) cup of watermelon.
  11. Thyme – half (1/2) teaspoon is equivalent 1 medium carrots level of antioxidants.
  12. Turmeric – half (1/2) teaspoon is equivalent of 1 cup of broccoli’s antioxidants.
